The 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating

Intuituve Eating represents an individual's attunement with food, mind and body. There are 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, which encompass three core constructs (Tylka 2006).

 

  • Unconditional Permission to Eat

  • Reliance on Interanal Hunger and Satiety Cues

  • Eating for Physical Rather that Emotional Reasons

 

In a NON-judgmental assessment we will go over eating styles, look at your food rules, and discover the differences between intuitive eating and mindful eating. 

 

There will be worksheets  covering:

  • Self-care assessment 

  • Deconstructing eating behaviors

  • Coping with feelings and stress

  • Beliefs about body and diet

  • Food addiction scale

 

6 months at $299 a month includes a 1 hour session to go through the new material and 2 - one hour coaching sessions.
