Working with a Coach
Working with a life coach, taking that big step, can seem really scary, because... they are going to make you do the work. HOWEVER, I believe that you already know the answers. You just need someone to help guide you and validate your feelings.
The First Date
The initial consultation, or the first date, is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other, and to see if we are a good fit. I may or may not be the right fit for you.
Who is a good fit?
Someone who is READY for RESULTS. Someone who is willing to do the work. To be vulnerable. To ask questions. To let their guard down. To be honest with themselves.
If you are ready to stop faking it.
If you are ready to set boundaries.
If you are ready free your mind.
If you are ready to clearly define your roles in your life.
If you are ready to learn to start saying no, without feeling guilty.
If you are ready to find freedom from your chaos....
Then, we might be a good fit!
What does coaching with me look like?
We will meet in person, in a group, or virtually, based on your needs. If you require more intensive coaching, we can meet once a week. Most people find that bi-weekly or once a month is suitable.
You will get homework. This is where you get to prove that you are willing to put in the work. If you aren't ready to do the work, this may not be a good fit for you.
Having good communication is vital. I am not a therapist. But, I am a good listener. I can not and will not diagnose you with any conditions. My job is only to help you find the answers that lie inside of you. My job is to help you find the clarity and perspective that you may not be able to see.
Results will Vary
I would love to tell you that everyone lives happily ever after... but let's be real okay? Your results will vary. Results vary based on the WORK that people put into their lives. Just hiring a coach and not doing the work will not give you the results you are wanting. It's also a huge waste of my time, your time and your money.
